Our Process

Timelines depend on project size and complexity. A standard 3-bedroom residential build typically takes 12–18 months from consultation to handover. Larger commercial projects range from 24–48 months. We provide a detailed construction schedule at Step 5 β€” before any money is committed to construction.

Yes β€” we can work with client-supplied materials for certain items, particularly finishes and fixtures. However, structural materials (cement, rebar, blocks) must meet our specifications for warranty and safety purposes. We'll discuss this openly during the budgeting phase.

Yes. LongPie is headquartered in Bamenda but operates across all 10 regions of Cameroon, with active project experience in YaoundΓ©, Douala, Bafoussam, Garoua, and beyond. We manage logistics and site supervision remotely where needed.

Design changes are managed through a formal variation order process. We document the change, assess cost and time impact, and get your written approval before proceeding. Nothing changes without your sign-off β€” and we never surprise you with hidden costs at the end.

You receive regular progress reports with photos, and have a dedicated site supervisor and project manager as your point of contact throughout. We also schedule formal milestone reviews at key stages β€” foundation, structural completion, and pre-finishing β€” so you are always in the picture.
